We are located in Sparta and cover the province of Laconia.
We maintain our own archives for all our properties and they come with the following information:
- Clear Title; approved by our in-house Title Attorney, who has been practicing Title law for more than 20 Years
- Up to date Survey; with our in house Bank Approved Engineer who has been practicing for over 17 years, who is also one of the 3 appraisers for two of the largest banks in Greece.
- Photographs ; Our in house professional Photographer is a second generation photographer and an expert in photography who develops his own pictures and videos.
- Appraisals; our in house appraiser is a 20+ years professional appraiser and also is approved and licensed to appraise for the major banks in Greece. He is also insured.
- Renovations; our in-house contractor is a second generation contractor and has been working in Sparta for more the 20 years. He is insured and licensed.
