Mystra is one of the Oldest Cities in the Byzantine Empires

  3. we over see their bills are paid 
  4. property is cleaned and maintained 
  5. we rent properties when owners are not using the property if owners are interested in additional income  when owners are away
  6. we do light renovation and gardening 

Sellers must supply us with 

  1. Clear Title 
  2. up to date survey 
  3. pay for an appraisal - which we pay a Bank licensed and approve Appraiser so we have a Fare price we are selling the property for 
  4. sing an exclusive listing agreement minimum one years - this give us and the buyers time to research and make the proper offer
